The recipient is thelate Charles Fogarty, former chairman of Texasgulf. Gino Giusti, who succeeded Fogarty as CEO of Texasgulf, said his close friend was a “finder and an explorationist.” In his plans to diversify Texasgulf, Fogarty rejected the idea of buying other companies, Giusti said.
