The average grade of the stockpile, as determined from surface sampling, is 0.25 oz gold per ton. This compares with 0.29 oz determined from underground assaying. Cut assays average 0.24 oz. Arrangements are being made to have the stockpile milled on a toll basis by the end of May.
An additional 1,090 tons were hoisted from two subdrifts driven on the East zone. This material averages 0.47 oz. The next stage of evaluation will include surface and underground drilling with the objective of building reserves.
