The lawsuit initiated by J.P. Sheridan and Northern Platinum (VSE), of which he is a director, against All-North Resources (VSE) has been dropped.
As a result, the option agreement covering the Wellgreen platinum group metals project in the Yukon is continuing, and exploration is expected to begin once weather permits.
In related news, All-North has raised almost $1.4 million in a private placement.
