Seabright open pit

The gold grade was below the expected 1.25 g, Seabright says. The second bench is expected to grade 1.5 g. An additional 300,000 tonnes grading 3.63 g makes up a deeper reserve, which will be the subject of a feasibility study this year.

A drill program completed on the property failed to encounter economic gold grades across good widths, however, several encouraging intersections were cut including 2.58 m grading 11.29 g and 2.64 m assaying 5.19 g.
