Soho Res. — Frank Port resigned as executive VP of corporate development.

St. Eugene Mining — Former director Robert Gifford, as well as Victor Jones, Kirsti Mattson, John Robins, and Bill Trenaman appointed to advisory board.

Tagish Lake Gold — John Rogers appointed technical advisor to the Skukum Creek gold project in the Yukon.

Temex Res. — Bruce Durham appointed executive chairman; Angus Footman resigned as chairman but remains a director.

TVI Pacific — Felicia Yeban appointed head of community relations with subsidiary TVI Resource Development; Yulo Perez appointed VP of Philippine operations.

U.S. Precious Metals — Brian Russell appointed director.

Western Canadian Coal — Gary Livingstone resigned as president, CEO and director to become a special advisor to the company; John William Hogg appointed president and CEO and director.
