Junior Parklake resources (TSE) reported an agreement to purchase, through a 70% owned subsidiary, most of the assets of the Steak Shop, a franchise chain of frozen bulk- packaged quality meats, poultry and prepared foods. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
