Management of Tyranite Mines (CDN) resigned recently to make way for a new board of directors consisting of Ross McGroarty, Marilena Fuda and Suzanne McGroarty, all of Toronto. In addition, 1.3 million Tyranite shares held by Dalhousie Oil (CDN) of Toronto were purchased recently by Fairfield Ltd. of London, England.
