New Aegis Resources (NAS:VSE) and Nucore Resources (NCR:VSE) have amalgamated to form Norcan Resources (NRE:VSE). New Aegis shareholders will receive one new share for 1.3 old shares; Nucore shareholders will receive one new share for 1.7 old shares.
