LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Little reaction to land forfeiture

I read your article on “Catear forfeits Goldwedge for failure to pay $45 fee” (T.N.M., Mar. 25/91). Does this mean that Catear is now almost worthless? This is gross negligence. I thought that property (Goldwedge, in northwestern British Columbia) was worth millions of dollars! And to lose it for $45 is incredible. I am amazed to see there is no reaction to such news.
