LABRADOR NEWS ROUNDUP — Columbia Yukon receives listing

Columbia Yukon Resources has won approval to relist its shares on the Alberta Stock Exchange.

The company, which recently completed a special warrant private placement financing, started trading on July 25. The placement included 1.6 million special warrants priced at 80 cents each. A special warrant is exchangeable at no additional cost into one unit, which includes one share, one flow-through share and one 90 cents warrant.

Columbia Yukon owns, or has options on, 12,000 claims in Labrador, where airborne geophysical work and lake sediment sampling are under way.
