Hol-Lac Gold Mines (CDN) and White Plains Resources (VSE) have amended their agreement of Feb. 7, 1992. Under the new agreement, Hol-Lac can participate up to 10% in the Gilbert wollastonite project in Nevada by paying White Plains a further $300,000 by Feb. 28, 1993.
