Cusac hits high-grade gold in B.C.

Underground drilling at the Table Mountain property in northern British Columbia has resulted in multi-ounce gold values.

Up to 35 oz. per ton over 2.6 ft. were encountered as Cusac Industries (TSE) proceeded to advance a decline to the Michelle high-grade zone.

President Guilford Brett says the drilling intersected two or three structures within faulted ground but that it is too early to estimate the size of the potential oreshoot.

The Michelle dips away from the decline, and Cusac plans to extend a drift into the hangingwall so that additional drilling can test the zone’s downdip extent. The company also plans to extend the decline to hit the zone below the current level so that mining can begin.

A 300-ton-per-day gravity flotation mill is on site.
