Charlim and Ormico buy Direct interest

Recently increasing their interest in the Goldex gold extension property located in Dubuisson Twp. about six km from Val d’Or, Que., were Ormico Exploration and Charlim Explorations.

The two companies have acquired, for $160,000, the 33 1/3% interest of Direct Explorations. Charlim and Ormico now each have a 50% interest in the property.

Charlim reports the property is composed of 11 claims and contains a structure which is part of the Cadillac fault. Charlim and Ormico are planning a $700,000 exploration program.
