Bursary fund honors Paul Young

Friends and early associates of the late mining engineer Paul Young have founded a student assistance bursary fund in his name.

The Paul E. Young Memorial Fund is administered by The Walli Foundation of the Haileybury School of Mines, Box 55, Haileybury, Ont. P0J 1K0. Young, a longtime engineer and mine manager with

Rio Algom, helped develop mines in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He died earlier this year, at age 85, in Waterloo, Ont.
