Amulet Resources Corp. (AUO:VSE) has changed its name to Golden Unicorn Mining Corp. (GU:VSE) on a 1-new-for-3-old- share basis. There has been a private placement of one million shares at 15 cents per share. Central Guaranty Trust is the transfer agent.
