Harte to explore Ontario properties

Recent agreements involving Harte Resources (CDN) affect a package of properties in the Beardmore-Geraldton camp of northwestern Ontario.

Harte entered into a new arrangement with Tombill Mines (TSE) and amended existing agreements with Founder Resources (VSE) and Tenacity Mining regarding the acquisition of the concessions from the three companies. Harte is negotiating for financing to explore the ground.

Meanwhile, it is talking with several senior companies about forming a joint venture to explore a gold property north of White River, Ont., in the townships of Hambleton, Odlum and Strickland. To acquire the property, Harte reached an agreement with a group of vendors to spend $1.6 million on exploration over four years.
