Wilanour Resources (TSE) said recently that 1,006,299 shares had been subscribed for and issued following a rights offering which expired Dec. 12, for which Wilanour has received $3.2 million.
According to the Toronto-based company, 418,288 were unexercised, and withholders of rights who asked for additional shares will be entitled to receive 104,572 shares.
As there was an oversubscription, Wilanour says, such shares will be allotted on a pro rata basis and the company will receive an additional $324,173.
