A geophysical survey has identified another anomaly, some 4.5 km northwest of the Voisey Bay nickel-copper-cobalt project in Labrador.
Diamond Fields Resources (TSE) says work is continuing in this area, called the Zorba target.
Also, preliminary results of an airborne geophysical survey show that the Voisey Bay deposit’s geophysical anomaly is now defined to be at least 7 km long.
The bulk of the extension lies to the west and southwest of the original discovery and is confirmed by both magnetic and electromagnetic techniques.
