Aurora-based Tri Origin Exploration (TOE-T) has added another property to its list of holdings in Ontario.
Through staking and an option agreement, the company acquired a 1632-ha property consisting of 102 claims, near Game Lake in northwestern Ontario.
The property will be explored for gold-bearing sulphide deposits.
Previous shallow drilling in sulphide zones in the eastern portion of the property returned samples in excess of 2 grams gold and 50 grams silver per tonne. Drilling will be carried out on strike extensions where surface grab samples assayed up to 1.4 grams gold, 51 grams silver and 3.3% zinc.
Tri Origin plans to conduct a surface survey program this winter, followed by drilling.
