Trader Resources has amalgamated with its wholly owned subsidiary, Mountain Minerals (TSE).
The merger is designed to reflect Trader’s shift in focus from precious metals exploration to mining, production and marketing of industrial minerals. Trader acquired Mountain Minerals in April, 1994, for $7.3 million.
