Second-quarter earnings remained steady for Teck (TEK-T).
The company earned $19.7 million (or 20 cents per share) on revenue of $187.4 million, compared with a net income of $18.1 million on $181.7 million for the same period in 1995.
For the first half of 1996, earnings amounted to $40.5 million (42 cents per share) on $366.4 million. This compares with $39.6 million (44 cents per share) on $334.7 million in the same period in 1995.
