Symposium set for Sudbury, Ont.

The 15th annual Northeast Mines and Minerals Geoscience Symposium will be held in Sudbury, Ont., on April 19 and 20.

About 300 delegates are expected to attend the event, the theme of which will be “Toward 2000: renewed confidence.” One highlight will be a half-day workshop on evaluating mineral potential. Other features will include geoscience talks, a core shack and about 50 technical posters.
