A drill permit for the Bismillah 1 claims west of Nain, Labrador, will not be issued until an archaeological survey has been conducted there and the project is approved by the Newfoundland Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation.
The area is known to have once been inhabited by natives.
Bismillah Ventures (VSE) holds the right to earn up to a half interest in the claims from Bomax Resources (VSE).
Bismillah also reports that a permit application for the Cabot Lake-area Bismillah 2 claims, which are under option to Western Premium Resource (VSE), is still being processed.
