Revival Gold’s (TSXV: RVG; US-OTC: RVLGF) recent deep drilling expands the high-grade Joss deposit at the Beartrack-Arnett project in Idaho, CEO Hugh Agro said.
The 63-sq.-km project lies 19 km northwest of Salmon and about 400 km by road northeast of Boise, the state capital. Revival’s 5,500-metre drill program extended Joss 240 metres deeper to 850 metres below surface. Hole BT26-254D cut 147.2 metres grading 2.37 grams gold per tonne from 808 metres downhole, including 5.9 metres of 14.9 grams.
Utah’s Mercur project remains Revival’s planned first build, with a prefeasibility study targeted for the first quarter of next year and a construction decision in early 2028. But Joss’s 2023 underground resource of 6.75 million inferred tonnes grading 4.05 grams gold per tonne for 877,000 oz. may help move Beartrack-Arnett quicker to completion.
“It’s in the cards,” Agro told The Northern Miner’s Western Editor, Henry Lazenby, this month at the Rule Symposium on Resource Investing in Boca Raton, Fla. “It’ll really come down to what the geologists and engineers have to say coming out of the drill program.”
