Junior Conquest Yellowknife Resources has completed a private placement of flow-through and common shares.
Proceeds of $104,000 will finance follow-up drilling on a recently acquired, 32-claim property in Heenan Twp., 65 miles west of Timmins, Ont. The property is beside the Renabie mine in the Swayze belt, said President Douglas Towers. The property has an iron formation and is a former Falconbridge property.
The drilling will test the downdip and on-strike extensions of gold occurrences found during previous trenching.
