Prime settles with Tagish

Now that an agreement has been reached with several parties challenging title to the TOK 3-6 claims, partners Prime Resources Group (VSE) and Stikine Resources are expected to have no problems applying for a mining lease for their Eskay Creek mine project north of Stewart, B.C.

Title to the TOK 3-6 claims held by Prime and Stikine was being challenged by Tagish Resources, acting in concert with the Dupras group. The claims host the bulk of reserves on the Eskay Creek property.

International Corona (TSE), which owns 49.8% of Prime and 45% of Stikine, will issue Tagish and the Dupras group collectively 300,000 Class A subordinate voting shares of Corona upon definitive execution of the agreement. Corona will be reimbursed by Prime and Stikine at a later date.
