Pezim trading ban deferred again

The British Columbia Securities Commission has again deferred the 1-year trading ban recently imposed on Murray Pezim, Lawrence Page and John Ivany. So that the partners’ application for appeal may be heard by the court on Jan 14, the trading ban has been delayed until Jan 16.

The three are charged with contravention of disclosure requirements related to certain assay results from the Eskay Creek gold exploration property in northwestern British Columbia. Originally, the ban was to take effect Jan. 1.
