Drill results were released from the Iskut joint venture project owned equally by American Ore (ASE), Golden Band Resources (VSE) and Prime Resources (VSE).

The property is immediately north of the Cominco/Prime Snip project in the Iskut River gold camp of northwestern British Columbia.

Further drilling on the Gorge Showing resulted in a number of mineralized intersections. The more significant results include 19.2 ft grading 0.373 oz gold per ton, 19.6 ft grading 0.208 oz, and 7.9 ft grading 0.301 oz from hole 89-1. Hole 89-2 intersected 5.7 ft grading 0.415 oz.

The remaining holes were drilled on what is believed to be the strike extension of the zone. Although all the holes carried gold values, the intercepts tended to be narrow and of lower grade.

The Gorge Zone has been traced for 250 m and remains open to depth and on strike. Assay results are awaited for three additional holes which are thought to have located a new zone not exposed on surface.
