Partner sought for Goddell project

Partners Arkona Resources (VSE) and Taurus Ventures plan to seek a senior partner to participate in their Goddell gold project.

The project, 50 miles south of Whitehorse, Y.T., is held 75% by Arkona and 25% by Taurus, a private company.

Goddell was last drilled in 1988 in a program that tested a large, altered, andesite dyke. In the same program, extensive acicular arsenopyrite needles were intersected at a vertical depth of 1,500 ft. below surface. Drill results include 113 ft. of 0.113 oz. gold per ton, and 209 ft. of 0.133 oz. gold.
