Juniors Onitap Resources (TSE) and Exploration Orex (ME) announced at presstime they have settled their legal dispute concerning the Goldboro gold property in Nova Scotia. Orex, which initiated the lawsuit, and Onitap say they have amended the original purchase agreement. Under the new terms, Orex will pay a total purchase price of $8.75 million for the property.
