William Eplett, president of International Platinum and a director of Corona Corp., died Dec. 20. He was 56.

Eplett graduated with honors in business administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1956 and was called to the bar of the province of Ontario in 1960. He was associated with Lacana Mining since its inception in 1966 and became president of International Platinum upon its incorporation in July, 1980.
