Noranda (TSE) intends to redeem all of its outstanding Series B fixed/floating-rate, cumulative, redeemable, retractable, convertible preferred shares on Oct. 15 at $26 per share.
Holders may either receive the redemption price or convert their preferred shares into common shares upon payment of $2.78 for each preferred share.
