An agreement has been amended between Regal Goldfields (CDN) and two private parties over a 30-claim gold property in Black Twp., Ont. Regal will now acquire 100% interest in the property, subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty, by paying the two parties a total of 60,000 Regal shares. The shares are in lieu of previous option payments totalling $270,000.
