NEWS ROUNDUP — More drilling for Rush and Run

Drilling is planned by Continental Pacific Resources (VSE) for two copper-zinc discoveries at its properties south of Coronation Gulf, N.W.T.

The junior has completed geological mapping and geophysical surveying on the properties. The prime targets are shear-related gold deposits and polymetallic deposits with high precious-metal content.

Continental Pacific also reports that Metall Mining (TSE) has completed a work program on the Run and Rush properties in the area. Metall can earn a 60% interest in these properties by paying $400,000 cash and by spending $5 million on exploration over three years.

Metall’s recent work included deep geophysical surveying, geological mapping and drilling. Three massive sulphide targets were developed. A further drill program was proposed by Metall to evaluate these discoveries.
