NEWS ROUNDUP — Mirandor eyes Spanish Mountain gold

Junior Exploration Mirandor (ME) has arranged a $150,000 private placement.

The funds, which consist of common shares priced at 20 cents each and one warrant per share valued at 26 cents, will be used to explore the Spanish Mountain gold project, near Likely, B.C.

The 5-square-mile project, in which the company has a half interest, hosts a placer deposit. Zones average 0.03 oz. per cubic yard, and independent studies estimate total reserves of 10 million tons.

A $180,000 exploration program is planned, including a seismic geophysical survey and rotary drilling.
