Toronto-listed Fort Knox Gold Resources has staked more than 200 claims north of Chibougamau, Que.
The claims, comprising 9,000 acres in Clery Twp., are believed to have volcanogenic massive sulphide potential.
The company’s largest shareholder, Inco (TSE), recently staked a large number of claims in the same area.
