Drilling is under way on the ZO property in northwestern British Columbia.
Owner Firesteel Resources (VSE) plans to drill 10 holes to test a shear zone measuring at least 360 metres long and up to 15 metres thick. Chip sampling along the zone returned both precious and base metals, including one 2-metre sample assaying 5.06% zinc, 4.38% lead, 2.66% antimony, 8.18 grams gold and 489 grams silver per tonne.
The 1,000-metre program is designed to test 250 metres of the shear’s strike and 150 metres of dip.
