Two Montreal-listed companies, Chesbar Resources and Spirit Lake, have clinched a deal on a third Venezuelan gold property.
Known as the July Concession, this prospect covers 2,000 hectares in the active Bochinche area, where the companies already hold 2,100 hectares known as the Los Purgos Concession.
The two companies can acquire a combined 60% interest in the July Concession by spending US$1 million in a 3-step program over 10 months. Permits are now being sought for line-cutting, ground geophysics and geochemistry.
