Alberta-listed Belore Mines is acquiring a numbered Nova Scotian company which owns 149 claims in the South Brookfield gold district of the maritime province.
Belore will issue 400,000 shares and 200,000 series A warrants to the vendors of the numbered company.
The junior plans to explore the 5,960-acre property later this year.
