Aston Resources Ltd. (ASU: VSE) has changed its registrar and transfer agent to Pacific Corporate Trust Co.
BP Canada (TSE) and Billiton Metals Canada have jointly acquired the remaining 10% interest in Les Mines Selbaie held previously by TCPL Mining. The purchase price for the TCPL stake was not disclosed. Situated near Joutel, Que., Selbaie is a copper-zinc mining operation owned jointly by BP (61.11%) and Billiton (38.89%). Operator of the mine is BP Resources through its subsidiary Selnor Inc.
