Pierre Boudreault has been named president and Charlene Ross, secretary-treasurer. Forming the board of directors are Boudreault, Ross, Mario Caron, Andre Gaumond and Florent Gauthier.
The company reports it is negotiating a private financing worth about $500,000. Proceeds from the financing, to involve a maximum of 50 investors, will be used for work on the Mining Brook and Lac Normand properties.
