NEW FRONTIERS IN MINING — El Callao drilling in Venezuela

Reverse circulation drilling is under way on Lo Increible, a gold property in Venezuela. Initial results are expected in mid-February.

El Callao Mining (VSE), which holds an option on a large portion of a gold-producing belt near the town of El Callao, says two new trenches, in the same area as the initial trench, returned a grade of 0.038 oz. gold per ton over 287 ft., and 0.059 oz. over 144 ft., respectively.

The first trench of the program returned 144 ft. grading 0.088 oz. Another trench, about 1,500 ft. to the north, encountered more than 59 ft. grading 0.058 oz.

The gold mineralization exposed in the trenches remains open in both width and along strike.
