New discoveries at Adanac prospect

Trenching by Societe Miniere Ecudor (ME) has unearthed three gold occurrences on the Adanac project 6 miles east of Rouyn-Noranda, Que.

The Nos. 2, 3 and 4 zones are part of the larger Tourmaline zone and have returned preliminary results of 0.28 oz. gold per ton over 5.25 ft., 0.1 oz. over 1.97 ft., and 0.14 oz. over 15.74 ft., respectively.

The Tourmaline zone has a strike length of 1 mile and is coincident with the south limb of the Timiscaming synclinorium. The zone remains open along strike and at depth. In addition, the nose of the fold lies within the northeastern portion of the property and will be explored by Ecudor soon. Additional assays from channel samples are pending.
