The board of directors of Napoleon Exploration (TSE) is seeking a change in the company’s name to Argentina Gold Corp. to reflect corporate activities in South America.
Shareholders will vote May 19 on the name change. The company says it intends to participate in the call for bids by an Argentine government organization with respect to two gold-silver properties along the Chilean border.
