Murgor to begin drilling on Barry Twp. property

Having completed magnetometer and induced-polarization (IP) surveys, Murgor Resources (VSE) reports that diamond drilling is finally under way on the Barry Twp. property in northwestern Quebec.

The initial 6-hole, 3,280-ft. program will test for possible on-strike and downdip extensions of the 100-to-130-ft.-wide structure trenched last fall. The surveys indicate the showing lies on the flank of a northeast-trending magnetic high, associated with a strong IP chargeability anomaly. The anomaly has a strike length of about 1,500 ft.
