Minnova tests new target on Chu Chua

For the past several years, Minnova (TSE) has been exploring the Chu Chua property not far from its 70% owned Samatosum polymetallic mine near Barriere, B.C. It has the right to earn a 50% interest in the property from International Vestor Resources (VSE), Quinterra Resources (TSE) and Pacific Cassiar Resources (TSE) which each holds a one-third interest.

Minnova recently started a diamond drill program to test a new 400-metre-long EM-MAG target which was confirmed by ground geophysics. The new target is 1.5 km south of, and within the same volcanic stratigraphy as, the 2.5- million-tonne Chu Chua copper- zinc-gold volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit.
