Toronto-based Minera Rayrock (TSE) has closed its private placement of eight million special warrants at $2.50 per warrant.
Proceeds of $20 million will be used partly to explore and develop the Bellavista gold project in Costa Rica and the Sierra Valenzuela copper property in northern Chile.
