Management group controls 71.5% of Corona votes

The written agreement formalizes an existing oral agreement involving Ned Goodman, Peter Steen, Myron Gottlieb, Timothy Hoare and Paul Carroll. Goodman is company chairman, Hoare is vice- chairman, Steen is president, while Gottlieb and Carroll serve as directors.

The management group now owns B shares and controls the voting of B shares representing about 71.5% of the votes attached to the voting securities of Corona.

Corona came into being in July, 1988, following the amalgamation of five companies: Royex Gold, International Corona Resources, Lacana Mining, Mascot Gold and Galveston Resources.
