A proposed amalgamation of Gitennes Explorations (TSE) with two Vancouver-listed juniors, Kenrich Mining and Ambergate Explorations, will not proceed.
Kenneth Trociuk, president of both Kenrich and Ambergate, said it is no longer in the best interests of the companies to merge. Both juniors have exploration projects in northwestern British Columbia, including ground near the Eskay Creek gold project.
