LABRADOR NEWS ROUNDUP — Drilling continues at Boundary Block

Preliminary drilling on the Boundary Block of claims 75 km northwest of the Voisey Bay discovery in Labrador has returned only anomalous copper, nickel and cobalt values.

Dragoon Resources (VSE) and Consolidated Brenzac Development (VSE) are each earning a 25% interest in the property from Dentonia Resources (VSE).

Previously, the companies announced the intersection of several zones of massive to semi-massive sulphides in two holes, each of which was drilled on parallel geophysical conductors.

Preliminary assay results from hole B2-95-1, drilled on conductor F, included four samples, with the best returning 720 parts per million (ppm) copper, 370 ppm nickel and 80 ppm cobalt over 5.6 ft.

Complete assay results from the first two holes are still pending.

The joint venture reports the third hole, drilled on two other ground conductors (C and D), intersected disseminated pyrrhotite, including two zones of 10-20% pyrrhotite over 5.9 and 5 ft., respectively.

The drill rig has been moved to the South Block of claims, where it will test five targets in a 6-hole program.
